Booking and rates
How do I book a bay?
Book online through our Calgary booking page. Pick a date, a bay and an open time slot. You'll get a confirmation email, then a second email with your door access link.
Is this the Toronto location?
No. This site and its booking page are for PGM Indoor Golf Calgary at 6712 Fisher St SE. The Etobicoke location has its own website and booking page, so check that your booking email says Calgary.
How much does it cost?
$18, $30 or $35 an hour per bay, depending on the day and time, plus GST. Your group shares the bay price. See the full schedule on our pricing page.
How much time should I book?
The minimum is 30 minutes. We recommend 1 to 1.5 hours per player, depending on experience, whether you're playing for fun or working on technique, time spent switching between players, and how much warm-up you want.
Can I extend my booking?
Yes, as long as nobody has booked the bay after you.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day bookings can't be cancelled.
To cancel, email fspgmindoorgolf@gmail.com with the name and email address you booked with.
Getting in and playing
How do I get into the building?
After you book, you'll get a confirmation email and then a separate email with your entry access link. When you arrive, open that link to unlock the door.
When should I arrive?
About 10 minutes before your booking, so you have time to get set up.
Is anyone working on site?
No. The facility is fully automated and open 24/7. If you need help, our remote team is a call away at 403-680-3380.
When does the simulator turn on?
At the start time of your booking. It shuts down automatically when your booking ends.
What's in each bay?
Each private bay has its own golf simulator and touchscreen, with more than 200 virtual courses, a virtual driving range and Swing Cam, all included in your bay rate.
Clubs, kids and groups
Do I need to bring my own clubs?
Yes. We don't provide clubs, so bring your own set.
Can kids play?
Yes. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Can we book for a group or party?
Yes. Book side-by-side bays online so everyone plays at the same time, or call 403-680-3380 to plan a bigger group.
Is alcohol allowed?
No. Alcohol isn't allowed anywhere on the premises.
Any other house rules?
Please don't mark your golf balls with a Sharpie. The ink rubs off onto the screens when the ball hits them. Leave the bay clean and put back anything you moved.
Memberships
What memberships do you offer?
Night Owl ($129 a month) gives unlimited bookings from 11 PM to 10 AM Sunday to Thursday, and from midnight to 10 AM on Friday and Saturday nights. Standard ($249) includes $200 in monthly booking credit and 15% off all bookings. Ultimate ($349) includes $280 in monthly credit, 20% off and everything in Night Owl. Compare the plans.
Do membership prices include GST?
No. Membership prices are listed before GST.
Can I use my membership in Toronto?
No. Calgary memberships are for our Calgary bays. The Etobicoke location runs its own memberships.
Help and lost items
My door link or simulator isn't working. What do I do?
Call 403-680-3380 and our remote team will help.
I left something behind. What should I do?
Call 403-680-3380 or email fspgmindoorgolf@gmail.com with your booking date, time and bay number.
I booked the wrong time or bay. Can you fix it?
Call or email us as soon as you notice, with the name and email address you booked with.
